These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by FABTECH EXHIBITION STANDS AND SIGNS LTD (referred to as "FABTECH", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you accept these terms in full.
Our services include but are not limited to: exhibition stand design, fabrication, installation, dismantling, and associated event services.
All quotations provided by FABTECH are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A quotation is not a binding contract until a formal order is placed and accepted by us. We reserve the right to amend prices or specifications if circumstances beyond our control require changes.
An order becomes a binding contract when we issue a written confirmation or begin work on the project. You (the client) are responsible for ensuring that all information provided (including floor plans, design specifications, and deadlines) is accurate and complete.
Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. All invoices are payable in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated. For any inquiries regarding payment, please contact us directly.
All designs, concepts, drawings, and materials provided by FABTECH remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full settlement, ownership transfers to you (the client) for the specific project. However, we retain the right to use images of the completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We will make every effort to meet agreed timelines. Delivery and installation dates are approximate and not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for any delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or venue restrictions.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as early as possible. Any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation (design, materials, labour, etc.) will be invoiced. For specific cancellation terms, please refer to your contract or contact our team directly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FABTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the total contract value paid by you.
We are not responsible for the safety or security of items left at the exhibition venue beyond the agreed installation and dismantling period.
You are responsible for obtaining adequate insurance for your exhibition materials, products, and personnel during the event. FABTECH holds public liability insurance, but we recommend that you also secure coverage for your own assets.
We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with the Kenyan Data Protection Act and our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
